[bodytext] => Emptiness. What have I given to her that I have lost? My heart feels like steel drawn from the forge. Hammered and tempered then bent out of shape. My inner spirit once so strong and content Now resembles the finest grains of sand, Thrown high into the air where the wind, Turbulent like a whirlwind scatters the fragments, Dissipating them to every corner of the Earth. What of my soul? It is lost and locked away. The inner fibre of my being rests inside a place, Once loved, revered, treasured and honoured. Now my soul remains in this place, incarcerated, Probably for all time which leaves me but a shell, An automaton who exists but who cannot emote. What price existence without soul or true love again?
