Of which on earth many tales are told

Creatures of great beauty above will fly,

Eternally in bliss, they shall never sigh.

One such angel so innocent and pure,

Her heavenly rapture impossibly obscure.

She will fly forever in her paradise above

With spread wings as white as a dove.

The heavens, a place without pain,

Where the sublime will always reign.

Holy and gracious without revealing

Any evil shades of wicked feelings.

Whilst the godly creature looks down below,

A land of pain and torment lies so low.

This wicked world of scorched earth and fire,

With the darkest intentions fuelling desire.

Innocence is lost when the devils shriek.

Demons haunt the pure making them weak.

In a world of eternal darkness without hope,

How can its victims learn to cope?

So many wars and young men dying,

People lost and children crying.

Power is sought and lives destroyed,

A cloud of destruction has been employed.

Lost and empty, feeling sorrow within,

An angel's grieving caused by the ultimate sin.

Tears fall and angels should never cry

For worlds which doomed themselves to die.

This is so magnificently crafted and flows so poetically. A fantastic piece on the nature of humanity and the battle between good and evil.

The imagery is quite stirring in this write and it opens up the mind for the reader to explore your words and what you have created before them. Another well written poem my friend.

take care
