Array ( [sid] => 158418 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => words [time] => 2010-03-25 09:41:33 [hometext] => this is about someone i dated who never had the decency to be honest. [bodytext] => looks like I'll never know the honest truth
and you wont know why i really cared about you
this empty road is the path you choose
and Im just a random streetlight focusing on you
I just wanted to hear those words come from your mouth
Before i finally burnt out

I really believed that one day you cared
and that you knew how take the love and share
now Im alone, thoughts of you, walking to nowhere
how can you honestly say you treated me fair
I just want to hear what i already knew
but only if it was coming from you

Now you're a dream and I dont really exist
and feel like a life without you is pointless
but still I survive for you to just notice
and bring me back to life, its the best you can give
and i Know why you wont do it

you couldnt break my heart, it was already hurt
you just couldnt make it work
i pushed and i pulled, shoved and i jerk
but i couldnt get you to say those words

So i guess i will, even if i dont want to
"leave me alone, i never loved you
you make me sick, we'll never start brand new
you arent worth *****, and i regret ever meeting you"
by your actions, i assume this is true
and Im just ***** that i still love you.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
