Voices in my head I don't know when they're going to end or going to start.
When this happens my skin gets hot, I start to shake.
Trying to find a good thought is like looking for a tear in a lake.
I try to hold back my urges of doing something wrong.
So I lay on my bed and play my favorite song.
People say I'm wrong and not right.
Just because I like violence and enjoy to fight.
Fighting for me releases pressure from my swollen brain.
Violence for me makes me feel normal makes me feel sane.
When I do these things I feel guilty and bad.
But I only have one person to blame and that's my dad. Hopefully it's enough to say I know what you mean, and I hope to see more of what lies beneath, what you try to express through violence. Writing is a great way to get down to the truth, meaning, and essence of things and find a way out if you need it.

Keep on writing; it might also be that release you're looking for. Thanks for sharing.

I commend you for your honesty fighting within yourself can so often spill out into outward violence, chanelling and containment then is the only way forward, maybe boxing for an outlet and music and writing for releasing the emotion, you have to find ways to move on from the blame easier said than done but for your own sanity and quality of life, well written
