I've tried so hard, to be as nice as nice as can be

but seeing the selfishness and lack of affection in this world

Almost forces me to act a certain way

don't quite know how to act or feel

The message this world can give you, can make you doubt who you are and the way you act but in my mind you need to be real to yourself and always pursue kindness,great poem to challenge how you react to the world as it is.
