Another September, another goodbye to summer.
Since you were taken away.
The chill of fall rests near my soul
as time passes, more hope fading away.
You so beautiful, so missed.
Each year I share a picture,
so people do not ever forget.
About you, about the others who are abducted
with a message, if you are also searching
please do not ever quit.

My family in Idaho put up a memorial for Amber in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Missing Person's Day was recognized here in Idaho by then-Governor Jim Risch back on September 14, 2006 - the five-year mark when Amber Hoopes went missing from her home in Idaho Falls.

Audra Bergner, Amber's Aunt: "Today is our way of remembering those people and absolutely keeping Amber Hoopes' name and Stephanie Eldredge's name out there in the public. They are still missing and someone knows; someone has answers."

Oh sweetie this is heart wrenching. My heart goes out to all those people who've
lost a child in this way. I can't even imagine the horror they face on a daily basis.

The piece is wonderful hun. I am not a violent person, but those who abduct
children should be strung up by their you-know-whats and hung in the middle
of town for everyone to spit on and/or kick/throw things at!! >:( No mercy.

*huge hugs and prayers*

~ Breezy

This is so sad. It tears me to shreds whenever I hear of a child taken. My heart goes out to you with all the pain you've been through and still are experiencing. I will keep you and Amber in my prayers.

I can't imagine anything more heart-wrenching than what the families of missing children go through. No one should have to endure that kind of pain.

Thank you for sharing this and shining a light on the issue for Amber and Stepanie and the millions of others who are missed by their families and friends.
