there are plenty of words
that will never be said
more than a few books
never to be read
it's just like that song
that has never been sung
or like that poor doorbell
that will never be rung
gruesome as a pimple
that will never be popped
illegal like a murderer
that will never be stopped
everyone has questions
that will never be asked
there are plenty of fakers
who will not be unmasked
the world is full of secrets
that will not be revealed
woe be he who inquires
in front of the devil he has kneeled

I like the inquiries you proposed here.
I also liked your rhyme scheme.
The first stanza was my favorite.
