Strange to me
This feeling of being happy
I usually expect misery and sadness
I expect a life full of some madness
Its unknown to me
This feeling of being happy
I can be the funny guy have people impressed
But all in all inside Im depressed
But this new feeling in me
This feeling of being happy
How long with it last
Will it go by fast?
Or will this new feeling to me
Being happy
Will it last everyday?
Will the sadness and the madness
Just stay away
I can only hope

| I can relate to this. Sometimes I actually analyze why I am happy, when I should simply enjoy the state of bliss. Maybe I'm a mashochist ( I don't know if I spelled it write). Great poem. I hope your happiness becomes a habit! |
