It won’t leave a wound just make your heart bust
It still cuts so deep
You’ll wish you could see blood seep

From every pore
So you would suffer this torture
I can’t see
A life with out you beside me

The knife cold against my skin
I can feel my heart race within
At the mere thought of you
What am I to do?

I have a knife called lust cutting into my veins
Causing me so much pain
And yet there is no blood from my pores
Just me living this life in torture

Awesome writing, my dear friend.
It's sad but really well done.
Most folks more than likely wouldn't admit this but you have told it down to a t.
huggs, blessings,
emy

It's experiences like this that generally cause someone
to learn to not care anymore.

Kelly,
I can relate to this write as well.
I loved how you compared the two, lust and the knife, two bladed sword stuff, oh yes tis true.

I hope you find balance and are not left in torture anymore though!! Good work, it is raw, hard hitting and full power.

Hugs
Michelle

Kelly, this is a very accurate look at what
has plagued the world of man since Adam
and Even got kicked out of the garden.
More wars have been fought, more men
have died and more mistakes have been
made, denying the lethal knife of lust. All
of us, if we're honest, have felt the kiss of
this particular blade. Great job.

Be well,
~Loende
