I would continue writing as more images would form. [bodytext] => People walk in rows..... Side by side with silent julilee.... It's a gathering of faith; a gathering of praise
Not a sound is heard....no murmurs from the crowd
The same tune is sung inwardly with no words; with no hum
The dress of everyone is the same, uniformed to perfection, all eyes glazed from a long journey seeking
salvation; utmost praise
It's a destination worthy, and an assembly of others worth knowing
Frozen...paralyzed...disembodied
They line up waiting to be exculpated; redeemed
The formation is assembled as all eyes lift northward; all hands point skywards; without knowing all minds
turn backwards
Words begin to flow forward as hearts begin to turn colder
The mass of people begin speaking the words that scold children and their potential laughter

We said lord that we would not be shaken, and no man would falter.... You have shown little mercy,
and grace is not an option.... Forgive us lord, for our precious tongues are through with rejoicing
We come for restitution, and feel we deserve no retribution
So hear us out, oh lord, as we make our final contribution
We are done god; from us there will be no begging
So we say our farewell, on earth as far as it is from heaven [comments] => 0 [counter] => 151 [topic] => 13 [informant] => storyteller [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
