[title] => The fatality of life
[time] => 2009-03-26 17:17:36
[hometext] => Not exactly wonderful poetry, more spur-of-the-minute writing. Comments would be appreciated.
[bodytext] => How fatal is this life of ours Callous, harsh, such cruel intent Forced observance of our own decay leaves solitary, lingering languishment But beauty, too, contained within So hard to find but worth the pain The endless trial, the constant search Could end in rapture or in vain To those of us who suffer so Gripped by unyielding mental sorrow The world is impossibly, unbearably bleak With only the promise of a bleaker tomorrow But, yet, there dwells a trace of hope Your own mortality you must forgive The eventual end must spur us on For death is that which makes us live.
