Solemn Peace

In a graveyard's solemn peace
many souls are planted in the earth
As flowers are laid upon the head
the souls awaits it's second birth

There lies many fathers and mothers
and so many sisters and brothers
Not to mention sons and daughters
who lie there among all the others

The day is coming very soon
when all the graves will open wide
When neither depth nor earth
will keep them there inside

At the shout of the trumpet call
true believers will rise to the sky
They will leave their resting place
with eagles wings they will fly

Into their heavenly home will enter
Jesus Christ will meet them there
A kingdom that will last forever
throughout eternity we will share
