I have seen sunshine and I have seen rain
I have seen snow piled high into the sky
And I have seen laughter and pain

I have seen the streets flowing with bikes and cars
I have seen planes flying high up in the sky
And I have seen the sky blanketed with stars

I have seen loved ones just waiting on death

wow man you have a way with words. i do not know of anyone who can rhyme this way and even rhyme withn a line and keep the flow. wow man great work. you inspire me to challenge my rhyming skills anyone can write free form

You surprised me, friend! I did not look at the poem category. I rarely do. I was not sure where you were taking me with this write, but I did not expect you to leave me with a smile. This is a wonderful tribute to your love. I hope you have shared it with her.
