Close your eyes to your pain and know that I’m here
Though friends they might hurt you, by word or by deed
I’ll always be with you, this truth you can heed.

You aren’t mine by blood, but you are what I choose
No matter what happens, this oath you won’t lose
For few things are dearer, I hope this you know
You brighten my heart, so I won’t let you go

There are things that I know and things that I don’t
Some things I accept and some things I just won’t
And you feeling helpless, you feeling alone
I just won’t let that happen, I’ll be your home

I’m there at your shoulder, just off to the right
And all through this darkness, I’ll be your light
My sister, I’ll keep you, I’ll wipe all your tears
Your shoulder to cry on, to smite all your fears

In the days that are coming, I’ll be your guide
You can count on my presence here in your life
And though you aren’t near me, an ocean away

Oh Dawn, you're making me cry. I love this hun. Thankyou, so much. There are enough tears today, but you've made the first happy ones appear. Thankyou.

So much.

I hope you know that I'll always be there for you too, Dawn.

Love you, my kindred sister.

Dearest Dawn~
You are a kind, caring and loving soul
who would bend over backwards for
the people she cares about. You are so
giving of your beautiful heart even when
the times are tough for you. You touch the
lives of many and continue to do so.
A beautiful, heart touching write penned
for our wonderful and lovable Philly Girl~
I wish you both every inch of love, joy &
happiness because you two are most
deserving. *huge hugs*
Love you both~
As always ur loyal fan from Oz,
Dreamer
