[time] => 2008-08-24 15:56:32 [hometext] => I'm screwing up a lot lately. and it seems like in the middle of everything i can;t even find myself. Of coarse i'm not the first to feel this way but i had to say something about it (= its not the best but oh well. i hope you can enjoy it anyways [bodytext] => Who is this stranger in my skin
this lost soul here where i had been
did we meet when i sunk so low
lies bury the truth so i cannot know.
i wash my face with shaking hands
the world looks small from where i stand
i let the water sooth my skin
trickle over my pain, wetting my sin
I look to the mirror and find eyes that aren't mine
watery and blue with pain in each line
i stare, i search
but i do not find
there is nothing there
and the pain grows inside
its claws my chest
and my breath comes in sighs
"who are you?' i yell
"who are you?' i cry [comments] => 1 [counter] => 218 [topic] => 21 [informant] => TaintedAir [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 9 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Lifepoems )
