Among the muddled mess and
splashed flesh and blood, lay guiltless
corpus shattered hither and thither,
as voracious vultures flew above the
gore panorama of fatal felony.

Supposed “warrior of God” wrapped
in his own blood and mire, buried deep
in debris of his own misdoings
groaned aloud, “this isn’t what
I intend to!.”

Too late though for this mortal
to be enlighten, yet stood millions
In rows willing to leap into the ditch of
destructive death,

With little wisdom or nothing at all, but
charmed by mesmerizing promises
of godly pimps – impelled naive natives
to attain their own-greedy - motives.

“Jihad” a sacred tussles; to purge iniquity within, to
stamp-out evil that detaches you from HIM.

If I had to pick just two things I love about your poetry it would be these:
Every poem you write is relevant, and they are always incredibly thought-provoking. No matter what the subject you always make it real and important and that is a great skill to have.

A powerful write from a masterful pen!

Take care,
Dom

Franco,

To this day I am not sure why I do not visit your poetry regularly. You never EVER disappoint. You have a rare gift of being able to flow with style and purpose using modern linguistic techniques and tell a powerful message. You write with a passion that is almost unparalleled to anyone else on this site. You seem to deeply wrap yourself in the essence of humanity which is faith. Faith in love, in hope, in humanity, in art, in passion, in joy, in truth, and most importantly in God. I can imagine you pray, love, live, play, and speak with passion that makes those around you envious. You are indeed a living poet in every way.

Here, you take something so controversial. Something so hard to understand, hard to phathom and you flip it on it's back. But somehow you do it with a respect that a thousand artists before you could not pull off. This isn't angry, though it has a moody tone. This is a plea, a message of truth and it is told in a perfectly respectful and heart felt way.

You my friend, have a gift!

SUPERB!
