The Sky Cried

Early one morning the sky
Was filled with so much sadness
As it watched the dark clouds
Began to form
So thick was the clouds the sun
Decided to rest
The sky began to cry with
Such a mighty down pour
It spilled over the hills and
Mountains the water flowed
It cried all that day and cried all
That night
Oh how sad the sky felt that
Day without the sun to shine and
Dry its tears
The sun rose early at the dawning
Of a new day coming
Peeping from behind the dark ole
Clouds
The sun decided to come on out and
Warm the sky
And send the dark clouds running, running
Away
And the sun
Wiped the tears free from the beautiful
Sky
The sky was so happy it smiled and danced
And showed its beautiful blue lining
While the sun shine bright and smile so
Merrily
Oh how happy it was this one Special day
