When will my heart learn
Forgetting does not mean
The end of my love
Letting go does not mean
I do not care anymore
When will I be able to move on?
And keep the love I had for you
Deep inside my heart
My love for you were never meant to be
And letting go frees the heart
That is aching and broken for now
But I know with time along this journey of life
It will heal once again
Someday I might find myself
Remembering you and missing you
The sweetest memory will surface
As this special love is remembered
