I feel a hate inside of me
Coursing through my veins
Contaminating my energy
Inside my eyes it's clear to see
There's no hiding what this has come to be
I resent you for all the damage you have done
You lined up your promises and broke them one by one
You acted like there was nothing to it
Enjoying yourself as I watched you do it
You had it all planned out from the start
Exactly how you wanted to break my heart
Now I feel a hate inside of me
It boils my blood and burns it to the third degree
Swept aside like a pile of dust
You broke my confidence and raped my trust
Left me hanging on every word you said
And you can count the knives in my back
By every ounce of love that I've bled
I reached that point where I could no longer be sad
That weak little person inside suddenly became irate and mad
Angry voices echo through my head
And the hatred inside has me seeing red
The color of rage, pain, and violence
My hatred for you even speaks through my silence
You fought to destroy my world with utter persistance
Never giving up until you knew you murdered my entire existance
There's no excuse for the abuse
And I'll never forgive you for everything you put me through
It's a damn shame it had to come to this
But this is what you wanted it to be...
It was you who put this hate inside of me.
