At the end of the light
you'll see it bright
its a scary sight
be wishing for night
You'll see it clear
you'll fill with fear
like a light on a deer
you'll have to stare
Into the light
you're full of fright
look down from the height
its heaven right?
On the last stair
should you dare
you are so near
yet its still unclear
You are one step away
last chance to pray
are you able to stay
theres no way
Peter's reading his book
you don't like the look
the ground just shook
are you off the hook
You were one step away
but you could'nt persway
the demons obey
in hell you decay
You're soul has been took
like a pawn from a rook
what was in that book
you're life in one look

hmmm, wow....i never thought about it that way...kind of made me think if thats how it is...why does god say he forgives all? ya know. if he's gonna be that picky when you get to the gates...whats the point? great write
