[title] => My Life Is Full
[time] => 2008-04-06 11:42:08
[hometext] => I was just thinking about whether or not my life could get any worse... as this poem proves, it can :D
[bodytext] => My life is full of loose ends and old lovers, Friends of friends, sisters, mothers, Car insurance and income tax, Problems with the photocopier, answer phone and fax. Too much food and too much drink, And not enough time to think, The heater’s broken, the gas is gone, And as for money, well, there’s none. I’m unemployed and can’t find work, And half my family have gone berserk, I left my fella because he said I’m fat, So now it’s just me and the cat. I’ve sprained my ankle, I’m epileptic, And the cut on my finger is going septic, I’m a chain smoker with a chest infection, And can’t decide whether to vote, in the election, I’ve got a headache, I’m feeling sick, No qualifications; not dyslexic, but thick. I’ve aching hips and clicking knees, And I’m coming down with some disease, Of all these things, there’s one thing true, you see: I am glad this is fiction, just poetry.
