The angry words you throw at me
Only serve to push me farther
Down, deep down, into the ground
To hide somewhere and not be found
But make it cold if you like it
Who cares what Little Princess thinks?
Everything you say is so right
Lord knows no one else feels that way
You're so selfish when life sucks
No matter what you do, you're *****
But I still won't take it from you
Do it again and we're through
I can only laugh it off for so long
Maybe I'm not right, but you're wrong
It doesn't take much to get me this way
You ***** me off so I'm walking away
But there you are beside me
Hiding in your little world
Not listening to the sound
Of minds that can't take it
I'm fragile and breaking
Stepped out of the light again
But at least you said goodbye
Before you went on your way

| somehow they always instinctivley know when we're down and give an extra kick don't they? this is a great poem here, fortunatly we know what to do with our angers and are blessed with creative outlets and fellow writers who care, what has this person got on that? love and huggs always nessa |
