[bodytext] => Fading like the wear of time, The Sun sets on another day And the Moon is coming out to play. The Sun and the Moon, Nature’s rhyme. Nature stirs and Time stands still On a frozen lake and the ice is cracking. The colors of the sky are blending Creating an aura of beauty. What a thrill! The Man in the Moon eats his cheese And solemnly gazes upon the world With longing eyes, for he wishes to twirl Upon the Earth, see the sky or feel a gentle breeze. The trees long to dance As the nymphs have come Out of their homes To dance their dance, as if in a trance. Methinks the beauty is finished For the Sun is showing his face And the Moon goes away from its rightful place If only they could coexist, their beauty would not be diminished That age old question, Why? Why must their beauties die?
