How do I forget you?
I dont know
How do I stop feeling so hurt?
I have no answer to that
How do I stop thinking about you each day?
I wish I know how
I thought what we shared was special
I thought what we had was just you and me
I was wrong completely
I guess I just misunderstood
When I was hoping we could be more than just friends
I need to leave
I need to walk away
And as I walked away with a heavy heart
And as I leave behind my sadness
All I am taking are memories of us together
Memories of your funny laughter
Memories of your sweet smile
Silently in my heart I wished you happiness
Silently in my heart I wished you love
And before my next teardrop falls
I whispered goodbye
