Bravery is what the cowards lack

Well wring out the tears enough to make it rain
Well stifle all fears enough to stay the pain
They may be proud of such a heavy handed rein

But it cant stop the movement in the veins
Let it rain

We desert this path and find a different way

That lips once closed finally have their say

Clear the sky to shine on the ground we gain
Clear our minds and lose any fear of shame
Theyll judge harshly but well never plead insane

Cause they cant stop the movement in the veins
Let it rain

Why do we feel like we exist to die?
Why do we run away when we can fly?
We hesitate to act and never bold enough to try
We abandon ideas too hard to carry out
Are we waiting for an answer from God
Waiting for the slightest sign of a nod
Waiting for the go to even out the odds
So that we can exist to live
