I can't even begin to describe what I feel I am going through

I pray I wake up and this is all just a dream

And things are not as bad as right now seem

But each day when I rise everything is the same

Because I get no answer when I call out your name

The only thing that can be heard is the silence in my ears

And it hurts so much that you can't chase away my fears

Without you here everything seems so cold

What I wouldn't give just to have you hold

Me in your arms and say, "babe it's okay."

And say that you won't ever leave me, not for another day

I close my eyes to imagine you are here

Because everything is so much better whenever you are near

But when I open my eyes you are still not there

And all I am holding is the cold empty air

I know that things happen, and nothing is perfect

But what happened to the promise you made to always love and protect

Because now once again I am left standing here all alone

Desperately trying to figure out how to do it on my own

I know that our mistakes are things we cannot erase

So now it is the consequences that we both must now face

But I made a promise to always be by your side

And never leave no matter how bumpy the ride

So whatever may happen, or where ever you may go

There is one thing that I hope you will always know

That I will be by your side through thick and thin

And whatever battle we may face I am sure we can win

So carry me in your heart and I promise we'll get through

As long as you're in love me, and I am in love with you

I feel lost and alone without you

I can't even begin to describe what I feel I am going through
