How many have stood here and seen what I see How can they see this beauty and not feel what I feel How can we keep this up Will the world ever change Will I ever belong to have a home, a life The night closes in that familiar emptiness The silence so loud like lightening, burns my ears I could end it all but I have to work tomorrow So instead I'll drink To bad poetry and angst
