I look upon the stars shining so bright,
I stopped by to the place where I first met you,
Feeling the cold breeze, I think of you,

I stare at the door where you first came in,
Yes! I can still feel the mem’ries from within,
I closed my eyes ‘coz I know that was a long time ago,
I closed my eyes ‘coz I don’t want my tears to flow,

I sat down and looked around,
Smiling, with my feet on the ground,
I can still remember the place where I used to sit,
Where I always wait for you to pass by, for me to greet,

I couldn’t do anything but to sit and reminisce,
Don’t know what to do, and what it is,
I can still see the times you smiled at me,
While I smile back and look at you perfectly,

But then it started to rain,
God and Satan are again playing a game,
It got colder,
It got darker,

I stood up and started to sing,
The song that I heard you sing, a way memories could bring,
I walked out and felt the rain,
Raised up my hands and screamed out your name,

I got down on my knees, broke down and cry,
A few minutes, I just looked up and smiled,
I was still crying, thinking about those mem’ries,
Mem’ries of a special person that I really miss,

Thinking that it ain’t gonna happen again,
Thinking, I didn’t have the chance to be a friend.

Very nicely done! I can't put how this poem makes me feel into any words that will actually do it justice. Wow, just wow. Thanks for sharing.
