Array ( [sid] => 135550 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Let it out! [time] => 2007-06-26 06:38:30 [hometext] => I was very angry when i wrote this, mainly at my family. I make a reference to suicide in this poem, and would just like to say that I wrote it in anger and it is not meant to offend anyone! [bodytext] => I don’t understand why I’m so angry
Why I just want to cry
I’ve finally got everything in life I wanted
So why am I living a lie?

I have no freedom
No thoughts to call my own
I’m fighting a loosing battle
A faithful dog begging for a bone

I want to shout
I want to scream
I want to pull out my hair
I want to feel something inside
Other than pain and despair!

Give me back my life
I’m not a monkey in a cadge
I shouldn’t have to jump at your command
I want to start writing a new page

I’ve thought of suicide before
But that’s how cowards meet their end
I’m so much stronger than that
I will fight, and live until they bend!

I guess they see me as a child
Unable to fend for herself
Well, F*** You all, I deserve
More than to be left on a shelf

For all those now who have ever felt the same
Don’t bottle it all up inside
Let someone, anyone know how you feel
Already, way too many people on this earth have died.

Don’t let emotions drive you to suicide
Hold your head up, show em what you can do
and walk with pride
Don’t say you hate living in this world, unless you can
honestly say you’ve tried!
And ignore all the people who have told you your worthless
They F*****g Lied!

Change it then.LIVE for thyself, and NOT for them...Yes we are all our own, and if you can be happy and live for what you need and see, then the rest will fall in place. Power in the write, yet saddness.....
