[title] => The Last Half of a Journey is Leaving
[time] => 2007-05-30 16:54:11
[hometext] => This, like some of my others, is a poem about death. My way of handling loss is writing.
[bodytext] => I was away And you had to go. When I came back I had no idea That we'd missed each other... Just by a week. "There comes a time," They told me once, "When it's time to go." And I was alone. I lived and grieved. Alone. While I wandered, I stopped at a place to rest. Before I left, I saw a note Written on the wall just outside That said, "The last half of a journey is leaving." Then I knew You had always been ready.
