im running in the dark
hiding from my dreams
covering up my face
so you cant see my tears
im crying bout the past
wishing for what couldnt be
crying to myself
until i fall asleep
wishing you were here
knowing that your gone
living with knowing
i was the only one wrong
chosing him over you
a big mistake ive made
wishing you would come
and save me from my fate
dreaming of your arms
your face next to mine
but knowing all the same
i have run out of time.
