You always thought I'd be the one breakng up,
But ironically,
That endless love you supposedly had for me vanished,
In a matter of what,
A few hours?
Odd.

So now I'm not really liking you,
Which hurts because I still love you.
But what would cause this in my head?

You took your pride,
What's left I guess,
And made a friend commence in the snapping of the line,
That line I thought was going along,
Fine,
But ,
obviously not.
You did the one thing I know I told you I hate,
And you didn't do it to my face.

For what reasons?
To not hurt me?
That hurts worse.
A low blow beyond reason.
Thanks for making me feel rather pointless in life once again.
Odd.

I guess I'll go make my hears bleed with music to drown out my thoughts.

Very emotional. I know a person just like this. Its disappointing that there are people like this in the world. Very nicely written. Keep your head up.

I am sorry you are going through this. Mine broke up with me on Christmas Eve. It was almost exactly like this. It was spontaneous and "not meant to hurt me". This poem is perfect.

I like the way you put the tone in it. It's a creative piece and very emotional. I seem to know exactly what you're talking about.. so best wishes to you! - Drapes
