Look at me
Look in my eyes
Tell me what you see
Do you see me for me
Or do you see the girl
I wished I could be
Look deep inside
Look for my heart
Can you see it?
Your slowly putting back the pieces
Cant you see
Your all my heart ever needed
But are you just a quick fix
So when you go it will break into pieces again
Please dont leave me
Please dont let my heart break
Cause its still recovering
It needs a tender,loving,caring touch
Which will last forever
Not be here one second
Then gone the next
It needs to be here for eternity
So will you stay?
Stay forever?
Forever look at me
Forever looking into my eyes
Telling me what you see when you look at me
Tell me what you see
when your looking at me into my eyes
Can you see?
The story in my eyes
Of the life I have led
Look at me
Look in my eyes
Now tell me what do you see?

i really like this.... can you see already.. anways it was a really great write i would say this was more towards a song than poetry

| though your storyline is pretty cliched, there are some elements you can work with here. this would work better as a song than as a poem. |
