[bodytext] => Oh gentle winds 'neath moonlit skies; do not you hear my heartfelt cries? While the willows lay in peace there a ravens in much dismay In its wings lives its soul in which its hope did lay below the branches, here amount don’t you see my fear and doubt? In the rivers, upon my dreams don’t you hear my painful screams? Upon the hills and the snowy land do not you see my hearts grown bland beneath the thousand twinkling stars; do not you feel my deep wounds and scars “Seek not my mournful heart kind breeze, for you'll not find it 'amongst these trees” It's scattered across the moonlit sky Engulfed by my heartfelt sighs it's drifting over the shimmering rain A symbol of my jagged pain it's buried beneath the leaves Conjoined with all the sorrow there. It's lost among the dark night too late to help my silent fright Although you may try with your might You wont find it easy to ease its cry No gentle winds, seek not my heart, for simply ... it has torn apart. Ruined and shattered by my jagged scars By now in ruins, smothered in marshes tar. How can then the visionaries spot? The heart that I have long ago lost Oh, wind they come to compare with you For even your wisdom cannot find tis heart amongst you Angelic wings flutter here about Using the hallow to sight the heart torn out But foolish innocence why don’t they see Even winds hallucinate By the Gods decree “Seek not my mournful heart kind breeze, for you'll not find it 'amongst these trees No gentle winds, seek not my heart, for simply ... it has torn apart.” [comments] => 1 [counter] => 176 [topic] => 13 [informant] => xvaria [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )
