I can barely breathe.
The pain crushing my lungs
The sobs rack my body
The tears burn my eyes
And the silence,
Oh the silence so beautiful to me
Disturbs everyone else.
There is no need to speak
There is no reason.
Convinced there is something wrong
They try to see...
But they would never get it.
I dont blame them,
There is nothing to explain.
Only that I'm lonely
Solitary and private
Forever being alone
Doomed to empty beds and
Silence where there should be laughter.
It is my punishment
It is my curse
I have to live with it.
But I'm getting sick and tired
Of having no one to talk to.
Half way around the world you,
Suffer too.
You're the only one
Who understands.
But you can't help me
Anymore
Than you can help yourself.
I've been alone since the tragedy
And I'm sick of not having
Anyone to hold me
Who truely understands
How much this has affected me
Not because I told you
Becase you have experianced it
Yourself.
I miss being in a place
Where words are not needed
To communicate and understand.
I miss being with you
Where when somethings are
Ineffable
But it doesn't matter.
You understand anyways.
