Its snowing outside.
She sits at the bus stop
Eyes downcast
Watching her special someone light up the world.
His tiny form
Warm
Against the winter cold.
She holds her little child close,
Afraid the world will take him away.
He will leave one day,
But today he stays.
The bus comes.
Mother and son sit at the front
Away from winters frigid air.
Her baby boy sleeps in deep, deep slumber
Without fear and without care.
