Air
The breath that gives life
And flows through the Earth
Carrying the pain and pleasure,
The whispers and screams of everyone
Air
The carrier of all
So we can hear the sounds
Of innocent beating hearts,
Grumbling hungry stomachs
And the songs of beautiful sirens
Air
The constant ventilation
To which we weep to
That we laugh to
Carrying emotions through life yet,
Air
Is not as unimportant to me as you
For I need you more than the air
That fills my lungs and gives me life
Because you are my reason to breathe,
You, my love, are my
Air
Everyday Im with you
I get to breathe in beauty
Hear the sirens beautiful song,
Feel our innocent hearts beat
And I thank you dear
For letting me breathe
Air
And all I hope for
Is that everyday youre with me
You can breathe the
Air
