Emotions are illusions in your mind and in your heart
They try their best to fool you, when the pain inside doens start
You've got to understand the difference between the pleasure and the pain
And you can't let nobody hold you back, cause you'll be the one to blame
I've been trying so damn long to see
if I am wrong or right
Awaken by those nightmares in my mind
that keep me up all night
So look inside my soul for me
well do you like the things you see?
And I can't look back, but I can't see ahead
will someone tell me if I'll end up dead?
Tell me don't you think that I have a motive
got to keep my life on track
Don't you think that I have a motive, to keep the insecure off my back?
I know it looks like I'm insane
But behind sunny eyes
I hide the rain
