An unpredictable fall out as the radiation spreads and yet you’re forced to contend. Do you have what it takes to make your own destiny or do you ask god if she can bring it to be seen. And these pathetic words linger in all that has to be said as the fall out continues to spread and for some love is dead. To ask at this point in time and fear the answer which I know I will find. As glass shatters in and around the holocaustic remains people dying on the streets and only fallout remains. And the thoughts of the saint let the screeching tiers of time halt dead it their takes and fear falls over my clouded mind to anticipate as I can do but only watch from the sideline. And hate the people gawking at what they see pictures being taken of the catastrophe and I ask why me. Is this what I prayed for to happen for me to get ahead if so I want to end up dead. The shattered ruins of the mind and all people watch as the dead rise again proud for a reason I don’t know as I watch the girl that I cant get past not a tear from he eye falls fast. How can this be the bomb just fell am I the one bringing the world to the depths of hell and if so what is reason for the madness that I am forced to see. The one man that should have been there faltered to be found leaving me to contend with the remains left at my feet on the ground. And the fallout continues to speared far beyond the paths of which it originated in my head. No tears. And her holding my arm leads me to believe I could protect her from harm as I stood at the gates of fears farm. And come the of which I return I will still be at a distance which can never again be gained like it happened on the night of holocaustic remains. Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
