For every discovery a new mystery has arisen

Perhaps the most frequent question taken to task
"Why me Lord, why me?" is asked

Life is akin to a long distance run
Not a brief sprint to be won

Ask not for what you would aspire
Rather seek what you might have others acquire

Frequently in a hurry, a mistake is made, moreover
There is insufficient time to do it right, but always time to do it over

Important secrets are left unsaid
Which leads to a deep regret and burden instead

With wisdom we may realize the remedy
Being understood surpasses winning eventually

Perhaps the most significant learning of all
Is acknowledging what you don't know or recall [comments] => 4 [counter] => 307 [topic] => 21 [informant] => Willofree [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 14 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Lifepoems )

Well from this Terry, the lesson I've learned is ...

I don't know what I am supposed to remember and can't remember what I am supposed to know. I hope this was well received in class. I like that you didn't seem to try and force any of the rhymes ... or at least it feels that way to me. Another fine penning Sir.

Nazzy ~
