[bodytext] => I tried to see things logically,
Wondering why women Were such a puzzle to me. I questioned this out loud In front of my dad. And these are the words Of wisdom that he had: He said “ Throw that out the window. Drop it in the sea. Then you need to start to think, Like you were only three. Then if that don’t make sense to you, Then you’ll understand. There is no place for logic, Between a woman and a man!” But being much like Mr. Spock, Who had an analytical brain, I just could not see making light, Of the motives in the lovers game. But after much more study, That left me without a clue, I knew there was only one thing left, For my brilliant mind to do. So logic went out my window. I tossed it in the sea. I remember then that I started to think Like I was only three. And when that didn’t make sense to me, I began to understand, There really is no place for logic, In the hearts of a woman and man. Now I am so much happier, Since I let my mind go blank. I’ll do my thinking with my heart, And I have my dad to thank! robertburns2@mac.com homepage.mac.com/robertburns2/… HUMOROUS POETRY [comments] => 1 [counter] => 167 [topic] => 7 [informant] => Robert_Edgar_Burns [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 8 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => HumorPoetry )
