Enjoy each breath you take because it is borrowed
Feel it pass through your lips and know that it was given
Taste it in your mouth and savor it
When it hits your lungs be grateful that it is sustaining you
Show your gratitude by using your exhale to say something loving to someone who needs it

Wear comfortable shoes all the time because your feet will be your vehicle through life
Take time to put your feet up on the table because they need time to reflect also
Make sure you use your feet for dancing to let them know there not just a taxi
Most important pay as much attention to your feet as your hands to let them know you love them

Never use your hands to harm another they are not meant to be weapons
When you love someone show them by running your fingers over every inch of them gently
Hold hands as much as possible for hands need friends too
Find your creative talent and thrive in it the hands convey the message of the soul

As for the mind embrace all parts of it because it is what makes you who you are
Do not keep bad memories at the front of your mind because it will block you from making new good ones
To down play the power of the mind any mind is foolish and damaging to self
Fill your brain with as much knowledge as you can stand and then get some more
Giving your brain to proper time to recharge on a daily basis can prevent it from malfunctioning during waking hours
Most important do not deny your brain fantasy that’s how it has fun

Do not be fooled by the heart it has more power than can be measured
If the path between the heart and mind is foggy the chance of finding the hearts mate is slim
The human heart can beat strong regardless but when love is present the heart will deafen any hate
It is a common misconception a broken heart never heals, false with time and care the heart can mend
Though the heart is the driving force behind most decisions be sure to consult the mind if only for insight
Lastly love is the food of the heart every time you feed your body feed your heart a little love

I am your higher power and I love you thick or thin
Even when you deny me I’ll be there
Please heed my advice for I want your life to be joyous
But if you don’t I will be there to put you back on your feet
Be good to you, you deserve it
