The cup can be half full
Or it can be half empty
But thats too dull
And doesnt sum up completely
For the cup is what you make it
Because the decisions you make
And all of your wit
Put everything at stake
So just ignore the cup
And focus everything on the good
For the cup wont lift your mood up
It just covers everything with a hood
Instead look at the sun
For it is always shining bright
And never comes undone
It will be where you find your light
So dont start having a doubt
Stand with a smile and fight
Dont wallow in a corner and pout
Bathe in the suns brilliant light
