war

Burnt were the shadows, Deep in the ground, Forever they stood silent, Unmoving till now, Cracks dug into them, The ground came up, Gravel went flying, In big ole clumps, The times had changed, The people were tired, Of staring at their elders, Infused by fire, New buildings went up, But they never forgot, The war of the world, Number two in its spot.
