I知 nervous, and shaky
My body is still
I知 elated, yet petrified;
With all or nothing to lose

Out there- is an audience
Yes, an audience-
Watching me
Questioning my abilities

When I go on this stage
I take a risk; a menace
Facing humiliation
or, in fact, quite the opposite

I put on my mask
And be someone I知 not
Degrading, and deceitful
I give them a show

A grandeur performance!!

I take my bow
I致e been accepted, and gloried
And I will live up to the fame
Until tomorrow of course...

The desire for acceptance is definitely epitomized by the act of auditioning. I've dabbled in acting in high school and enjoyed it. Good poem.
