That’s just not me, I say it was all you.
Your fault, your decision so don’t try to blame me.
I’m not selfish you are, die in misery.

I don’t give a damn, your reasons suck.
Stop lying ***** off I’m done, good luck.
I need to get away, from you constantly being around.
Learn to stand up on my own, proud for what I found.

An independence that you’ll never get.
Always clinging to your next dumb pet.
I don’t need any of your *****, I’m so happy with me.
I know how weird, that I smile more and I’m happy.

Alone is good, your presence was a mess.
You only made things bad, brought so much stress.
It feels so good, to say I don’t need you.
And I don’t miss a single thing we used to do.

I now realize what I could never see before.
You’re not necessary, just wanted, nothing more.
So rip yourself apart while your alone.
I’ll stay happy and my heart in tone.

Be jealous, you know you should.
I’m happiest alone, and life is good.
You call me every day to share.
Your misery and I couldn’t possibly care. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 222 [topic] => 52 [informant] => ham323 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 13 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => goodbyepoetry )

This poem illustrates a lot of anger, and pent up emotions. I don't bear grudges, so cannot comment on the feelings. Well written piece. Sue x
