Waiting
The excitement building daily
as each day passes by
No need to ask either of us
for the reasons why
We long to hold each other
and take away the strain
The excitement within our bodies
very difficult to contain
Just the mere thought
of touching one another
And The Excitemeny Builds
not like any other
The feelings we both have
that is growing every day
More than can be written
or we could possibly say
We both know it is there
as the excitement continues to grow
Be sure with our first kiss
the excitement will more than show
You can imagine what comes next
no need to spell it out
But the excitement that has been growing
will finally be let out

| Very descriptive poem. I liked alot of parts of it. Although, I will say it is sometimes bad to wait without a reason... |

I like this a lot, and its written straight from your heart. If a reader cannot feel when they read this beautiful poem, they can latch onto your heart, I am very certain they will then. Great job on this poem... love it.

Ah, anticipation! It has been said that the desire to kiss a special someone is often more exciting than the kiss itself. That can be true, I'd say... but not if you've found the right someone.
