Heartfelt Words
It is so very hard, to put into words
what is there before my eyes
I can only tell you this, how badly
my heart aches and cries
To watch the one that you love
get worse, as each day comes and goes
What the next day will bring
it seems, only God knows
To be completely helpless,in this situation
makes it, even more difficult for me
How many times I cry, each day
I would never, want her to see
Not being in the best shape myself
I fight on for both of us
Fighting hers and my pain
as well as both our stress
PLEASE GOD, help my love get well
and back to her normal life
So once again we can be
a loving, HEALTHY, man and wife

I felt each word and it sent a pain into my heart. I'm so sorry that its been so difficult. I do understand how you feel. That lonely helpless feeling when a loved one is ill and there is nothing that you can do.Seems to be worse when its a spouse. A heartfelt write my friend.
