Okay kids,here we go ...school holidays again
Be kind to your mother,don't cause too much pain
Show some christmas spirit,fill the home with cheer
No fighting,yelling whining,like you all do every year
Teagan,put the ball away,stop teasing Kody please
Kyle and Renae,can't you just for once agree
Look at all this mess,and you've only all just woke
Excuse me Teagan,didn't you hear,I'm sure that I just spoke
There's seems to be a problem,Indianna's disappeared
Shush up everybody,how am I spose to hear
Indianna,come to mummy,where are you hiding lil one
Good one Teagan,give me the ball,Now look what you've done
Renae please get the mop for me,Teagan..IN YOUR ROOM!!!
So very peaceful it used to be when you were all in the womb
Indianna...Indianna,show mummy your angel face
Oh I'll never find your sister amongst the mess in this place
Kyle search the backyard,though I'm sure I closed the door
Kody,put your room back to the way it was before
Renae,here take the kitten,my leg is getting sore
Careful now,just go slow,it's still clinging with its claws
Can somebody get the phone please,take a message,I'll call back
Explain it is the holidays,and your mum is under attack
Indianna,where are you,look what mummy's got
Renae go see if your sister is in her favourite hiding spot
Did you check the backyard kyle..what do you mean..check for what?
Oh please tell me that you're joking before I lose the plot
Indianna Indianna,..No teagan!! You are not coming out
Don't bother with the "I'll be good" and save that little pout
I'm trying to find your sister so just stay where you are
Kody,answer Renae properly,stop saying blah blah blah
Indianna,Indianna,mummy's got a chocolate bar
Kyle stop hitting Kody,wheres the lid for the cookie jar?
Has anyone seen my other shoe,I said kyle to stop
Oh never mind,just ignore me,Im sure that I can hop
Indianna Indianna,I'm really worried now
Ok kids,off your butts,and stop saying dont have a cow
Help me to find your sister,now where is Renae
Oh you found Indianna,why didn't one of you just say
Yes it's a conspiracy,to send your mother round the twist
But one thing you've forgotten is I'm old hand at this
16 years of holidays,I'd say I've got this all down pat
And plus I've got the power to ground you just like that
You can tease me and frustrate me,ignore me,I don't care
But I'll still have the last say while pulling out my hair
I may spend each day longing for the quick return of school
But remember I'm onto all of you and my mind you will not fool
So heed these words real carefully,think before you speak
Or you'll find yourselves in your rooms for the entire five weeks
Oh..by the way...Merry Christmas,my darling little five
Make all your christmas wishes and hope these holidays YOU survive
