There is a ravine Between you and I. It grow and grows As time goes by.
At the bottom lies despair. Towards the top, doubts and fears. If you were to fall inside Could you swim the river of tears?
"Take a look at your side. Is life really fun and carefree? Or is there something missing? Perhaps forgiveness is your defeciency?"
I reach out my hand Give one final plea But you just smile And turn to your fake jamboree.
Suddenly, you stop Invite me to the masquarade But I must decline. I won't be the renegade.
I watch you walk away Tears burning my face. This is only one battle lost In my toughest case.

True friendship goes through thick and thin. Give ur friend some time. Let their heart heal. When they are ready then they'll come back.
